Here's how I have the plane in the jig for the canopy window laminations.  I can easily rotate it to the other side without any help.

Cut out left canopy frame from fuselage.  Began by cutting outside layer of laminates first, trying not to go any deeper than just to the foam.  Then, using a light shining on the outside along the cut, I marked the same line on the inside of the canopy.  I then made a line 1.25" inside of this line for the inside cut.  I then cut the inside laminate along this new line.  After cutting the laminate, I used a knife to cut through the foam to just inside the outer laminates.  Then, very slowly, from the inside, I used a gasket scraper to pry the canopy frame outward and seperate it from the foam.

Here is a close up of the front hinge area just after cutting the frame loose and removing the foam from the hinge mount location and around the frame.

Using the same procedure as the left door, I cut the inner laminates for the right door and removed the right door from the fuselage.

Finished elevator counter balance arm.  Laminated vertical stabilizer shearweb.  Trimmed lower cowl and laminated two layers to side walls at hinge mount area.  Laminated lower cowl attach flange.

Cut hinges and drilled lower cowl and fuselage mounting holes. Clecoed in place. Drilled lower cowl flange mounting holes. Removed tape and voila, holds itself in place.

Sanded upper cowl for proper height alignment.

Fabricated rudder pedal weldment pivots.  Drilled and mounted in place.

Trimmed aluminum sheet for firewall.

Bondo'd in rear bulkhead pre-cures.  Used a little tape to hold while curing.

Laminated 6-layer rear bulkhead.
